I need to find out a lot of information about converting fortran to c.

Does anyone have any books, papers or ideas on the subject.

Dec professional ran an ad for a company that said that conversions were
their main line of work. I can't find the ad, does anyone have a clue who
it may have been?  

Are there programs on the net to do this?

I think both the fortran and the c are on DEC hardware(VMS?,ULTRIX?.)
DEC published a manual for converting fortan to c about 3 years ago. When I
asked for the manual they needed the product number and I did not have it.
Does anyone know the number?
