Is *noone* using perl 4.0 in DOS?  I can't build it on my PC, but I'd
like to have it.  The latest MSperl on devvax is 3.11 patch ~15, which
is behind even the pl 44 on our Unix dinosaur.

Isn't anyone using perl on DOS, or is thi more of a bugger than I
know?
