Hi all - 

  I am running elm version 2.3 PL8, and I want to have my name 
showing in the from field when I am sending mail.  It does 
work on Pnews and when mailing myself but for some reason
will not work, when just sending mail to someone.  I have
tried setting the environment variable NAME, and I have also
tried going into options in elm and hitting y for full name,
neither have worked for me.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
