Don't forget that the USR Sysop Deal is a ONE TIME ONLY deal.  This trade in plan would allow sysops with older HST's to upgrade to a V32/14400 compatible modem for only $299.  

Hey, its a deal.  Nobody's forcing you to take it...  AND I don't see any other modem manufacturers offering anything like it...
