I tried sending email to the address given for making submissions
for ICMC-1991 and it bounced back to me.  The address I tried
was icmc@mco.lan.mcgill.ca.  Is this correct?  Is the icmc part
case-sensitive?

Here was my question:

I am planning to submit a proposal for one of the paper sessions
at ICMC-1991.  A few weeks ago someone from the CMA posted an
announcement on USENET that the March 30 deadline for submissions
has been extended.  For that reason I have been a bit lax about
getting my submission in.  I would like to know, however, when
the deadline has been extended to.
