	I am interested in compiling a list of compilers still available for CP/M,
both public domain & otherwise.  Anyone with information on a compiler and
how/where it may be obtained please respond.
	Also, if anyone knows if Turbo Pascal and Z80 Turbo Modula-2 are still
available for CP/M I would like to know.
