You must get the rope in which you were tied up in.  Then go to the fire
exit by the side of the lounge.  Tie the rope to your waist and to the
railing and swing over the get the pills (I'm not 100% sure if the is
totally correct since it's been a few years since I have played it but
the ideas are right!).  You might have to break the window (I think!).
If you don not have the rope yet, you will have to figure that out for
yourself.
