I need help.

I have a CMS Drive Plus 21 hard card and no documentation. It workds
fine as drive D (drive C is a 10Meg hard disk). However, I can not
pull drive C off and make the hard card the bootable disk. I have
run fdisk on the hard card. I then ran format d:/s when it was drive
D to make it bootable. 

I can't make it bootable as drive C though. I believe it has to do
with the bank of 8 dip switches. 

Can anyone help.
