What VERSION of QEMM are you running???  It is my current understanding
that W3.0 will work (in 386 enhanced mode) with QEMM 5.11 and later.  
Earlier versions should/might come up in standard mode.  I have 5.0 
(or maybe 5.10 if there is such a version), and this is what happens
when I try to use QEMM.  So, I just use HIMEM.SYS (until I upgrade QEMM).
