I am looking for technical information on Lan Manager (functionality, etc.)
Specifically, Lan Manager running in 386 and 486 DOS machines and how you
might network a group of machines running Lan Manager with an IP based
network.

Also, which is the best newsgroup to post/read information on this topic
(I am a UNIX/IP person and am not familiar with all the PC related groups.)

I would also be interested in any positive/negative experiences using
Lan Manager.
