Requests for information about the OSF DCE (Distributed Computing Environment)    
should be directed to the OSF.  The OSF DCE offering is not yet available - so
I'm not sure which documents you will be able to obtain at this time.  The DCE
Kerberos implementation adheres to the Version V draft 4 specification from
MIT - but uses a different set of administration tools and data replication
facility (which are not part of the MIT specification).
