I have an application that needs to determine the following :

	Average Utilization
	Average Packet Rates
	Peak Packet Rates

Can any netters give me some ideas as to how I can approach the
problem. I already have an application that processes packets
on a per-packet basis.

The aim is to put all this in a C program which will generate
the results I need.
