I need some help setting up a 3COM 3C505 Ethernet card for KA9Q.  I have read 
manuals for setting up AUTOEXEC.BAT and AUTOEXEC.NET, however, I have yet
to receive the 3COM manual and need to get started.  I believe my problem is
in how I have the board itself configured and would appreciate it if someone
would check this out for me.

AUTOEXEC.BAT contains: 3C505 0x7e 9

AUTOEXEC.NET contains: attach packet 0x7e 9 

My board is configured as follows:

How does one select between thick and thin wire?  I am using the thick wire.
Maybe this is a hint - the lights are NOT lit on the thick wire transceiver.
