I'm trying to bring up a CDC Wren V 600Meg scsi disk on a MVME-147
68030 board running VxWorks 5 with its scsi driver.  Wind River hasn't
been able to send us version 5 manuals yet, the man pages aren't very
useful beyond basic reference, & I'm pretty much in the dark about
what parameters to stick into the various scsi____ calls.

I always get error returns from scsiModeSelect after an apparently
successful scsiPhysDevCreate.  I hope someone can provide a cookbook
approach to formatting & installing the disk.  If not that, then any
helpful hints would be appreciated, either directly addressing this
problem or vectors to documentation that might prove useful.
