I would like to locate a (preferably public domain) set of routines
that would allow for the drawing of annotated boxes and provide a 
way to draw lines between the boxes. If you use MacProject, you probably
know what I'm talking about. I need to build a graphical front-end to
a task specifier which will become complex so scrolling would be a plus.
