I'm looking for a replacement for ansi.sys and/or dvansi.com with the following
requirements:
(1)     It must have source.  (The system administrator is not QUITE as paranoid
as I am about viruses, but....)
(2)     It must support EGA 43 line mode.  (It would be nice if there is an
extended ansi sequence to go into 43 line mode.)

Recommendations?  (I know there are hundreds of ansi.sys substitutes out there,
but I don't have to download and test all of them.)
