One thing that Kris > forgot to mention is that you need to use tbl to process the file. I was testing this document by having a friend print it out on a nice printer using troff. Since I have very limited printing capabilities here, I've only printed out small sections using nroff anytime lately. Clued by a message from Michel Adam, I decided to check to see if the tables came out correctly with nroff, and guess what? Some are too long to fit on an 80-column page. This is an "expensive" (~66 pages nroff, ~43 troff) document to print, so I'd recommend to anybody who is limited to an 80-character width printer and nroff to wait until I have a chance to try to fix this, and we get the fixed version in the archives.
