UK Lines: 22 I have used an ST251-1 drive on an Archimedes using the Acorn hard disk podule. As far as I know most MFM drives DO use the ST506 type interface - basically if the drive has a 20way & a 34 way connector you're OK. Seagate drives seem good - fast & quiet. I have just looked in a Seagate catalogue and both the ST151 & ST251-1 are designed to work with an ST412 controller - which is similar to the ST506 type controller So I really don't think you'll have any problem with the ST151, which is almost the 3.5" version of the ST251-1, which is 5.25" half height.
