Having installed the software, started it up -8, -m0, etc, I log in to the Sun and start dnet. I get two characters, a checkerboard and a brace, repeating every few seconds. I've tried "stty -even -odd pass8" to no avail. Specifically, I'm running on the Amiga: > run dnet -8 -m0 -b4800 And on the sun: % stty -even -odd pass8 % dnet 8 m0 What can I do to get this running? The null-modem cable is running from ttyb to the serial port, of course (I'm trying to include every bit of information...). Thanks for any help that anybody can provide. -- Todd Masco | tm2b@andrew.cmu.edu | "That's not right! That's not even wrong!" CMU Physics | tm2b@andrew.BITNet | - Niels Bohr
