This also happens when I This is most likely a hardware problem. Make sure your cable from your Bridgeboard to your floppy drive is in good shape. You might also have a less-than-ideal solder job on your BB. I had to touch up every solder joint on my BB to keep this 'library' requester from popping up every time I shut my machine off. Also, make sure your janus library has an icon in the expansion drawer. This is required.
