With all the talk about Das Boot I was wondering if Silent Service II is
ever going to be releaed for the Amiga. I play SS 2 on a 12mhz VGA IBM all the
time and I love it. But boy! It's so slooooow! And the VGA graphics are unim-
pressive and chunky when compared to a well-made lo-res Amy screen. This
game is just crying to be ported over thoughtfully. Seeing that Microprose
puts in a little more effort than most other software houses (EA made an awful
port of 688) they just might make a game to end all other sub sims. That's if
they intend on porting it, anyone know the scoop?
