The problem did not affect all 2000's and for years I thought mine did not have the problem. After comparing some music with other Amiga's, I'm convinced my 2000 does in fact have the problem. The problem is more subtle than I expected. I am now looking for the fix released by Commodore. My dealer was not in business in 88 when the fix was released and doesn't seem to know what I am talking about. I'm hoping someone on the net with a good memory (or a lot of storage) will have the fix. I think it had something to do with soldering across some resisters or filters or such. Any information will be appreciated. David Howarth 314-235-9085 dave@swbatl.sbc.com
