Can somebody please enlighten me about how software distribution in the US
works (ie. names, addresses etc.) ?  Because I've had several questions
about people wanting to have their commercial programs distributed and
didn't know where to go (still in the US!).  When I'm talking about
distribution I don't mean licensing or packinging, I mean simply a place
to deliver a certain amount of packages for distribution?  Anybody?????
