Journal (Technological Horizons in Education), I found the Apple GS in _4_ ads. #1. A picture of the Apple IIe, II GS, mac classic, and the mac lc. Unfortunately, the ad, from Macintosh, Inc. only talks about the macs, and how they are the next step in evolution , but at least they showed a GS. (Oh yeah, inside front cover, full color, etc.) #2 Page 54. Ad for security devices to keep computers, fax machines, and mac from being stolen. (Compu-Gard) #3 Page 65. Ad for security devices to keep computers, and VCRs from being stolen. (Security Stick) #4. Page 82. New product announcement about security device to keep computers, VCRs and other electronic stuff from being stolen. (Security Stick, See #3. Different picture, though). OOPS. Found another oone. Page 24. A device for sharing one printer with up to 5 Apple IIe or Apple II GS machine. (MECC ETC+) Only the right side of the macine is shown, but iti is a GS, and they do say "GS" and "APPLE IIe" . And to all you Maccies who are offended because I insulted the Mac, I was not serious. I have used several different breeds of the Mac, and I think it is an excellent machine for some purposes. So is the IBM, the Unix machines I have used, and the VAX/VMS. So don't bother with hate mail. flames >> nul/dev Have a _LOVELY_ day. Kurt ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ . . . . .
