This is the DEC Gold key keyboard replacement for the IBM PC/AT or PS/2 keyboard. I'm thinking of ordering one, because I assume its keypad configuration is identical to a VT100's (i.e. the top 4 keys on the keypad are all useable unlike a PC where the top left key is Num Lock). Is my assumption correct? And, do you need a special driver for the keyboard or does it just rearrange the keys but keep the same scan codes? Any comments/experience with the keyboard would be appreciated. Thanks.
