My Dectalk DTC-01 keeled over the other day.  It failed power-up test
with one blinking LED (all other LEDs lit):

			******X*

I checked the owner's manual and the programmer's manual, but there was
no self-test documentation.  I also checked for loose chips, connections, 
etc. inside.

This unit is a hand-me-down (i.e. no repair budget), so I'm looking to 
find someone who knows about fixing these boxes.  I can offer similar
"expertise" on HP gear in exchange.
