Usually you don't need any dummy load if you have at least one drive,
a totaly free power supply has 0 output.
The pinout, howerver, is:
Power Good
+5V (AT:s only) or NC (on PC:s)
+12V
-12V
gnd
gnd
gnd
gnd
-5V
+5V
+5V
+5V
