In order to avoid re-inventing the wheel:

Is there DECNET in public domain/shareware/freeware/etc for the IBM PC.

Perhaps someone has layered it on PCRoute?

If you know of such a beast, please let me know via e-mail.  I will
summarize to the net if there is sufficient interest.
