If you can do this great! But I can't duplicate your results. First off "cd /" seems to be a NOP. But I can certainly "cd .." to the root level of the hardisk from which telnet is running. But doing either a "dir" or an "ls" at the root level of this volume doesn't show any of the other mounted volumes on my desktop. I can of course "cd :2nd_disk", but if I were coming in over the network and didn't know that the 2nd volume was called "2nd_disk", I'd be unable to switch to that volume.
