Message-ID: <1991Apr2.022545.23310@marlin.jcu.edu.au> Date: 2 Apr 91 02:25:45 GMT Organization: James Cook University Lines: 14 Hi, it's me again, with question number 652. Is there an application which will do a UNIX type 'talk' session directly from a Mac using MacTCP ? This means that a Mac with an ether-net card (or Gator Box etc) could 'talk' to UNIX machines (and a UNIX machine could initiate a 'talk' session to the Mac). I know about Broadcast, it isn't what I want. I also know that I can log onto a UNIX box and carry on from there, again it isn't what I want. Thanks again, Michael. -- _______________________________________________________________________________ \ Michael Antolovich in sunny North Queensland (where it's bloody hot!) / \ chma@marlin.jcu.edu.au / \_________________________________________________________________________/
