I have been playing with the Vertical Retrace Manager without much
success.  I am able to call VInstall without any errors but the VRM
doesn't ever call the routine that I pass to it.  Has anyone gotten
the VRM to successfully run a function?  Also, I am trying to have
the VRM do a CopyBits from an offscreen bitmap.  Does this violate
the warnings about mucking with the memory manager?
