Whenever I try to use YMODEM to download anything from a BBS, the file is stored as text (MS Word) and right when it finishes, it dies. I can cancel and get out again, but the file transfer always shows as unsuccessful. So I can't upload to the BBS with it. The same seems to happen even with XMODEM, so that unless the file is a GIF (which I can fix easily with GIFConverter) it gets lost. None of the .SIT files I've tried to download worked. Does anyone know if this is just a random bug that I can only fix with the new version of VT PRO? Or can I fix it? I'd really like to use YMODEM, since then I can batch download, and I'd like to have my files show as non-text when I'm in Binary mode. I'm using a Mac SE (2.5MB memory) and a Hayes 2400 baud personal modem (one of those things that plugs into the wall and is completely self contained). Any help is appreciated. Sunil
