Huntsville, AL Lines: 11 The video went out on my Macintosh (The original 128K machine upgraded to 1Meg memory and 128K ROMS). I get a dim picture with part of it folded over on itself. The transistor Q3 heats up big time (it melted the solder!). I replaced it, but the symptoms are still the same. I can measure 5, 12, and -12 volts at the proper pins on the connector to the main PCB. I suspect the high voltage transformer, but before I spend the bucks for it, I would like to confirm this. Please e-mail to me, as our news feed is not very reliable. -- Lester Bartel b23b!naomi!lester@ingr.com Dazix, An Intergraph Company uunet!ingr!b23b!naomi!lester
