No kidding.  Well, I'm surprised.  I use a DeskWriter, and its driver
supports Font Substitution, so I never expected that StyleWriter
wouldn't.  That seems like a major oversight on Apple's part,
especially given that SW is supposed to be DW's competition.  Sorry it
didn't help.
