Anyone ever experience a short and apparently random blast of 'noise' when
calling a 'snd ' with PlaySound or SoundDoImmediate?
It happens very rarely and doesn't seem to be duplicable.  It's as if the Sound
Manager has got a hold of a few random numbers in its sound buffer.  Perhaps if 
a sound was called at the instant of the VBL or two sounds were called one
right after another?  I can't figure.
