I can't find any mention of the VDSettings type anywhere but in Video.h where
it's defined.  I'd like to be able to use it to control the settings within
(csBrightVal, for example), but I can't even figure out which routine to send
it to.  Do I send it to PBControl, and if so, what would the csCode be?  Do I
use the slot manager, and if so, how?  I have already read 'Designing Cards
and Drivers', and 'Guide to the Macintosh Family Hardware' and of course IM.

_Any_ help would be much appreciated.
