I have some Mac software for Flow Charting called

DESIGN 2.6 by META SOFTWARE

It is really much better than useing MacDraw, and other similar drawing programs,
when it comes to FlowCharting. Also great for data-flow diagrams in general, and
graphs, charts, CASE, etc. 

Allows arrow-ends to be attached to objects, so that objects can be moved, and attaching lines go with them. 

Flows may reside within Objects, such that a double
click on a rectangle gives a hierarchtical view of the flow within it.

Supports MacPaint, MacDraw, and Pict graphics importing, and I found it to be quite powerful.

I paid $200 new, will sell for $100.00 + shipping.
