I need suggestions for some software.

	Case 1:	A spooler or another program that will allow for printing in
		the background when using an Imagewriter II.

	Case 2:	A program that will prevent copying of programs from a hard
		disk, but will allow user access to them (hopefully, without 
		a password).

	Case 3:	A program that will require the entering of a name and account
		number when printing on a laserwriter, and rejection of 
		invalid account numbers.  Consequently, the program needs to 
		keep track of the amount printed by each individual.
