NibList beta version 0.9 is now on sonata.cc.purdue.edu in
pub/next/2.0-release/source/niblist-beta0.9.tar.Z

NibList, in its current form, allows you to view the names and
connections of objects in a nib file.  It doesn't tell you much
about the objects themselves at present. (ie. the things you would
change with the inspector)  If I get some interest/feedback, there
will be improvements soon!
