What EXACTLY does not work?  Do you get error messages back?

Not without more information.

No.  The NeXT printing package which is prepended to PostScript
output takes care of simulating operators not available on
"normal" PostScript printers.

Is it a very old "original" LaserWriter (ROMs less than V47)?
