Hi:
(1) I know how to get individual routines from net-lib : I want to get
    the complete EISPACK sources as they exist in NETLIB.  i.e. an 
    anonymous FTP site.

(2) Has anybody used the EISPACK that SGI had made available ? I've been
    having some trouble with these libraries - they don't seem to work.
    Also, has anybody been using the BLAS they made available ?  Do these
    work ?
