I use TeX to generate a very pretty letter beading, but prefer to
use MS WORD to actually type letters. At the moment, I insert
preprinted headed paper into the printer, but it would be easier
if I could somehow import the graphic image directly into Word.

Has anyone actually done this? If so, what DVI conversion needs to
be performed?
