I recently got a program for my MS-DOS machine which automatically dials
the telephone number for the US Naval Observatory, gets the current time
from it, and sets my real-time clock.  

I would very much like to have a Unix program which will do the same.  It
could be run as a crontab by root to set the system time every week.  If
anyone knows of such a program (or even knows how to write one), please
send it to me.  I have a Hayes Modem hooked to my SparcStation.  Thanks
