Could someone share the secret of getting 'less' (as recently
distributed over alt.sources) to compile under ISC 2.2?

Based on a posting of 11/89, I #include'ed <sys/ptem.h> and
<sys/stream.h> where it seemed necessary, but then I received a syntax
error referencing those include files.
