I am looking for a good paint program to run under Windows 3.0.  I have heard
that Publisher's Paintbrush will be coming "Real Soon Now", but I have not seen
it in Canada yet.  I am currently using DPaint II Enhanced, but there is a
problem using DPaint II Enhanced, Windows 3.0, and EMM386.exe together while
running DPIIE in 640x480x256color mode.  I am using a Paradise 1024 OEM Video
board with 512K Ram.
Please don't remind me that Windows 3.0 ships with a paint program (It is not
adequate to edit the scanned images I am working with).

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
