Believe it or not, I run windows on a CGA monitor on an IBM EGA 64k card.  It runs as EGA black and white, and is barely tolerable.  If I could get 16 colors,  it would be much easier to look at until I can afford better.  Does anyhone knowof an EGALORES driver for WIN3 like the one for WIN/286 and WIN/386?  It would  be much appreciated.
