It is from Tseng Lab and is 8514ax2. The problem is that I cannot display 1024x768x256 on Windows with the driver that I have been provided (the driver was called a preliminary driver for Win3.0). Does this mean that my monitor cannot support that level of output ? Is there any "clone" drivers for Win3.0 that I could use ? I know nothing about these cards.
