FYI:

I just attempted to use the FatalAppExit() function.  The compilation
failed because there was no prototype in the windows.h file for this
function.  I added a prototype for this function and compiled and linked.
The link worked OK and I tested the call to FatalAppExit() and it also
worked OK.                                              Marc
