I'm working on a DLL for internationalization, but I've had problems with the
sLanguage string in the [intl] section of win.ini (Very carefully documented
in winini2.txt). It doesn't exist no matter what language I set with the
control panel. Is there another way of obtaining language information?

Help very much appreciated.

Also. Does anyone know why windows doesn't follow it's own specs? Will this
be fixed in ver 3.1?
