My colleagues and I have had trouble compiling due to missing libraries and binaries. Only they're not missing - they're installed in /home/openwin/lib and /home/openwin/bin along with the other X11 goodies, like xcalc. What do I need to do to my shell parameters and symbolic links to make the system appear to have a standard X11r4 distribution? Please e-mail me, and if your idea works I'll post it the solution. I RTFM's and scanned the FAQ, but no luck. (If you don't want your note posted, please say so in the text somewhere.) - Rob Robert A.
